1. Regular airmail

The average transit time is 3 weeks, but it might take up to 5 weeks ( USA and other countries ) if there is a delay at the customs check.
*** Please note, we will not able to responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit when regular air mail is selected. We also will not able to issue any refund/replacement for damaged /lost items unless REGISTERED POST is selected (registered post is very recommended)
2. Registered airmail: insured shipping with tracking number and insurance
Expedited shipping: No matter how much you buy and no matter where your order is being shipped to!
- Within Ontario and Quebec: $8.98 – 2 to 3 days
- Rest of the Canada/USA: $12.98 – 10 to 14 days
- All other countries / international orders will be shipped with insured/priority mail and tracking number : $55.98 ( 7 days )
3. Express airmail:
- Within Ontario and Quebec: $12.98 – 1 to 2 business days
- Rest of the Canada $16.98 – 3 to 5 business days
- USA: $29.98 – 3 to 5 business days
4. Overnight: next day delivery

Returns & Replacements

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase .Made by Sam will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 5 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 5 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization us at: giaoboom@yahoo.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization).Please include a note with your name and invoice number in the return package . Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
*Personalized items and special orders can not be returned. *The stamped charms are custom created for you and are not returnable. If there is a problem/defect with your jewelry please let us know and we will do what we can to remedy the problem
Each personalized item is hand stamped one letter at a time. Hand stamping is an art. Depending on the words and number of letters, the look of the piece will vary slightly from the picture shown and stamping may be uneven. This is what makes each piece special, unique and full of character and should not be considered as defective.

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Product Care
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place .It’s a good idea to keep your jewelry in an airtight bags (zip lock) when not in use. This will help to slow the tarnishing process and protect your jewelry from scratching.
Remove when cleaning, swimming and taking a shower. Always remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, alcohol, fingernail polish removers that contain acetone, and turpentine.
Remove when sleeping.
Remove all jewelry before taking shower, swimming, exercise or cleaning
Don’t use toothpaste to clean jewelry
Chlorine, especially at high temperature can permanently damage and discolor your jewelry
Apply your make-up, hair spray and perfume before wearing your jewelry (put the jewelry on last) . The chemicals in them will damage the finish of the metal and the stones.
There are many commercial cleaners available to clean jewelry at home. However, avoid to wash pearl, opals, coral, some genuine stones and Swarovski crystal.
Don't leave jewelry, colored gems, pearls of Swarovski crystals exposed to sunlight for extended periods as they will fade.
When not wearing your jewelry store it in boxes, porches, soft cloth wraps or plastic zip lock bags.
